Internet Public Library
The mission of our Internet Public Library is to:
- provide services and information which enhance the value of the Internet to its ever-expanding and varied community of users
- work to broaden, diversify, and educate that community
- communicate its creators' vision of the unique roles of library culture and traditions on the Internet
Library of Michigan
The Library of Michigan is a nationally recognized, visible, electronic and
traditional library and leadership development center serving as a vital
information resource to the legislature, state government and citizens of
Michigan.
Metro Net Library Consortium
Metro Net is incorporated as a Michigan Non-Profit Public Library Consortium. We are a genuinely "virtual" Consortium: our linkages and offerings are electronic. We have neither a headquarters building nor staff. Eight suburban Detroit area public libraries make up Metro Net, at ten sites in Wayne and Oakland Counties: the Baldwin (Birmingham), Bloomfield Township, Canton, Farmington Community, Independence Township, Rochester Hills, Southfield, and West Bloomfield Township public libraries.

The U of M University Libraries
The central system of general and specialized libraries located on the Ann
Arbor campus. The Ann Arbor campus is also the home of four Regental or
independent libraries (Kresge Business Administration Library, Law Library,
Clements Library, and the Bentley Historical Library), and the Gerald R.
Ford Presidential Library.
Western Michigan University Libraries
The University Library system houses over 3.2 million items including books, periodicals, microforms, government documents, maps, and other materials.
The library system includes Waldo Library (the main library) and three separate branch libraries: the Education Library and Instructional Technology Services, the Music and Dance Library, and the University Archives and Regional History Collections.
